Three hundred people will visit the page you publish this week. Some of them are quietly wondering about their own arrangements. The memorial page finds them, names them, and puts them on your dashboard the same day.
Do the arithmetic on your own year.
Move the sliders to the number of services you hold and what a capture is worth to you. The rate is yours to set — we are not going to guess it for your market.
UNLIMITED
Nothing on this page is metered.
Unlimited card themes
30+ to start you off. After that, as many as you can describe.
Unlimited video themes

Unlimited memorial pages
Every service you take, free to publish and yours to keep.
Unlimited staff seats
The whole home signs in. Nobody is metered.
The thing the family actually shares.
Gallery, obituary, service details, condolences and RSVP on one page carrying your name. It is the first thing three hundred people see of your funeral home this month.
Forty people signed the book. Three were thinking about their own.
You will never know which three by asking — and the chapel is the wrong place to ask. The memorial page lets people raise it themselves, in their own time, and tells you when they do.
We start you off with 30+. Then it’s unlimited.
They are waiting the day you sign in. After that there is no catalogue and no ceiling — describe their farm, their boat, their church, and it exists in under a minute, yours to keep and reuse on every service you ever take. No per-theme charge. Ever.
And the pieces they hold on the day.
Made from the same photographs as the page, proofed before anything prints, and posted to the chapel or run off on your own press — whichever suits the week.
A shop attached to every memorial you publish.
Cards, posters, wallet cards, photo books, mugs and phone cases — all carrying the same portrait. You buy at wholesale and set what a family pays. They can order from the memorial page themselves, or you can order on their behalf at the arrangement table.
HOW IT WORKS
Three steps from publish to the lead.
Publish the memorial
Name, dates and a photograph from the dashboard. The page is live for the family to share.
Guests sign via QR at the service
Printed pieces and the Guest Pad carry a code back to the page. Visitors sign the book without making an account.
Pre-need leads route to you
When someone raises a hand — a guide, an enquiry, a completed form — the named contact lands on your dashboard.
FAQ
Questions homes ask first
Who owns the family's data?
The memorial and the contacts that come from it sit in your funeral home's workspace. Families add photographs and messages without creating an account. Promise Ever hosts the page so you can share it; your team manages that record from the dashboard.
What do families actually see?
The memorial page: gallery, obituary, service details, condolences, RSVP, and the keepsake store when you attach one. Your name is on it. They do not see your dashboard, your leads, or anything about billing.
Does this touch our existing website or case-management system?
No. There is nothing to install and no connection to your website or case-management software. Staff sign in on the web, publish a memorial, and share the link — or the QR on the printed pieces.
What happens after the free period?
There is no timed trial. Your first memorial is free to publish and yours to keep. After that you pay per memorial you publish, and per pre-need lead that completes — not for traffic, seats, or an abandoned form. There is no monthly subscription.
How fast is reorder / print turnaround?
Print is made to order. When you place or reorder, the checkout quote shows when the order is due to arrive — production plus transit, for the shipping method you pick. There is no single advertised turnaround; the date on the quote is the one to plan around.
